Lower Alabama Lacrosse (LAL) offers structured programs designed to support player development at different stages of the game. Our programs focus on providing age-appropriate instruction, consistent coaching, and clear expectations so families know what to expect throughout the season.

Our Programs

Youth Lacrosse - Introductory and developmental programming focused on fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game.
High School Men - Structured opportunities for continued skill development, teamwork, and competitive play.
