The Fall season is designed to support player development through focused practices and small-sided game opportunities. It’s a great fit for both returning players and those trying lacrosse for the first time.

Practice Schedule

• Sundays from 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm

• Sunday, October 19 – Mobile (Details TBD)
• Sunday, October 26 – Pensacola (Details TBD)

Cost

• $100 – Includes all training sessions and a team pinnie
  

NOTE: Games will be scheduled based on registration numbers. We aim to provide meaningful competition for all divisions, but final game schedules may vary depending on participation.

USA Lacrosse Membership Requirement

All players must have an active USA Lacrosse membership prior to registering with Lower Alabama Lacrosse (LAL).

• You’ll be asked to enter your child’s USA Lacrosse number during the registration process.
•  We recommend completing or renewing your USA Lacrosse membership before starting the LAL registration.

Equipment Requirements

All players are responsible for having the following required gear:

• NOCSAE-approved chest pads
•  Lacrosse stick
•  Helmet
•  Elbow pads
•  Gloves
•  Cleats
•  Mouthguard
•  Athletic cup (boys only)
