The Lower Alabama Lacrosse (LAL) Bayhawks proudly serves youth and high school athletes across Baldwin County and the Gulf Coast, providing a positive, development-focused lacrosse experience rooted in respect for the traditions of the Creator's Game.
Since its inception, LAL has been committed to growing the game in our region by offering an inclusive and supportive environment for players of all experience levels. Whether an athlete is new to lacrosse or continuing to develop their skills, our program emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, and a love for the sport. We focus on teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse at an early stage - building confidence, skill, and a strong understanding of the game in a supportive and inclusive environment. As players grow and progress into middle and high school, our emphasis evolves to include increased accountability, teamwork, and preparation for higher levels of competition, while maintaining focus on sportsmanship and personal growth.
