The information below is for the Youth Boys lacrosse program for the Spring 2023 Season.

Equipment Requirements
-Lacrosse stick
-Helmet
-Gloves
-Rib/Shoulder Pads
-Arm Pads
-Mouthguard
-Protective Cup (recommended)
-Cleats (recommended)

Practice Schedule:

K-2 coed team practice:
Tues/Thurs 6-7PM

3rd-4th Grade
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays*
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

5th-6th Grade
Sundays 2-3:30pm,
Mondays, Wednesdays*
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

7th-8th Grade
Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays*
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

All Youth Boys Practice Held at:
Ruff Wilson Youth Center
Johnson Road
Daphne, AL
*Weekend practice at the coaches discretion until games begin.
